Elevator Coil Spring

Railway leaf springs are made of spring steel in various sizes. The leaves are bunched one under the other in a flat, curved shape. More or bigger according to the need the event is tied and held in a square steel box open in the central area.

All wings work together and take the load at the same time. Blade parts of different weights are used in different designs and versions. A proper heat treatment is required for optimal functionality. To absorb the high load and jerking when the train is operating and maintain the stability of the suspension systems, train leaf springs are loaded under the coach and waggon frames.
